Meffert Oil Company, Inc. was founded by Joe Meffert in 1965. He began delivering petroleum products to customers in the surrounding agricultural community. Raised on a family farm, Joe understood the needs of farmers and the demands placed on individuals in the farming industry. With this insight, he was able to develop close relationships with his customers. From the very beginning, customers were valued; their wants and needs were the basis on which the business was built. Word spread, and business began to grow.

Three years later, Joe was able to hire his first employee and he expanded to include commercial, industrial, and residential petroleum delivery services. In the years that followed our retail gas/convenience store operations opened.

While our business has grown to include other ventures, our primary focus continues to be the provider of high-quality fuels to customers of different sizes and types.

Meffert Oil Company is now operated by Joe’s sons Randy, Todd, and Troy. Combined these gentlemen bring 113 years of experience of working within the industry. The 3rd generation of Meffert’s is also working within the company helping to bring new ideas.
